HOLY CRAP I GOTS ARTS!

Oh, you guys, I must be the luckiest newbie SPN fanfic writer in the history of FOREVER. Not only do I have lots of wonderful people reading my stuff and commenting and apparently LIKING it (and I've only been writing SPN since late August! WTF, mate?), but people have done fanart, too!

I LOVE IT SO MUCH I MIGHT DIE.



Okay, first [info]winchestural offered to do a book cover type thing for "Entertaining Angels", and I'm totally stoked about that. Then [info]fran_darts wanted to do something, too (the preliminary is here and it's totally worth admiring--go, go!) but [info]keire_ke just up and SURPRISED me with this totally gorgeous art!

SO LUCKY. Oh wow. Keire_ke just gave me a link in her comment on the latest chapter, and I clicked it, not sure what to expect, then yelled "Holy crap!" at the top of my lungs and all but threw my laptop across the room, I was so shocked and delighted. :D

Glad you like it! :) It took my awhile to find a crop that pleased me. I imagine it's shareable...the artist seemed happy for me to share the pic anyway I wanted. Maybe I'll make an icon post when I get my other art, too.

(It makes me CRAZY HAPPY to say things like "when I get my other art." :D )

I am also working on the cover now. It should be done by tomorrowat the latest. I am having to much fun learning how to do the eyes thing you asked for. :)

Lol, it is fun to do. But Misha's eyes have so many different colors from blue, grey, black in them when I use the eyedropper. His eyes are crazy weird. :)

Does this person do other art? Because there's not a TON of drawn stuff in this fandom from what I've seen -- it tends to be manips and such. Anytime you can get something DRAWN (and done well to boot) it's extra special.

I love that there are now pictures to go with the stuff running around in my head. It makes it so much easier, knowing I won't have to think so much about picturing it, as it is all right here.

I think my heart just melted. I wonder if anyone is going to do a fanart of Dog, he sounds downright terrifying. You would have to give them more of a description to go by though.
This series makes me feel all warm and good inside, the artwork just adds to this joyfulness.

:D It's funny now that there's art, people are wondering if there will be some for Dog, too. When the time comes to reveal him, I think I'll have some kind of reference for you guys.

The response is a testament to your efforts. You might be relatively new to writing for the fandom but you've got a really firm grasp of the characters and your original plot is exactly what a lot of SPN fans would love to see! You've got a cover for your fic :) Love it.
